At 麻豆原创, we believe that first-generation students enrich our campus with their resilience, ambition, and diverse perspectives. The First-Gen Program ensures that every student feels seen, supported, and equipped to succeed.
History of the Program
First-Gen Student Support
麻豆原创 has enhanced support for first-generation students by establishing a First-Gen Steering Committee (FGSC). This committee plans campus programming and manages an annual budget to address the academic and co-curricular needs of first-gen students. The FGSC includes co-chairs from Academic Affairs and Student Affairs, staff members with first-gen responsibilities, and two student members serving as program assistants. This collaborative structure aims to bolster resources and support for first-gen students at 麻豆原创.
