The strategic vision is organized around 4 goals: catalyzing bold, fearless learning, expanding student access, community-building, and growing resources.

The new strategic vision - �鶹ԭ�� ignites change for a more just, sustainable, inclusive world by educating every student to think critically, act courageously, and engage compassionately - will guide the College’s priorities and investments over the next five to ten years and was informed by extensive input from the �鶹ԭ�� community and the vision's four goals are supported by the College's mission and core values.

1 - Catalyze bold ideas and fearless learning

�鶹ԭ�� leads in rigorous, interdisciplinary, experiential, and community-engaged learning through innovative teaching, scholarship, and service to society, spearheading social justice education and the sustainability revolution, and preparing students to ethically engage evidence, technology, and intercultural perspectives as stewards of the greater good.

2 - Expand access and empower every student to thrive

�鶹ԭ�� makes its education accessible to a wider range of highly qualified students and ensures that every student has the resources, support, and integrated post-graduation planning to succeed, lead an intentional, values-driven life, and make a positive impact on the world.

Developed and began executing a new campus master plan
Initiated a major fundraising drive and increased annual fundraising substantially
