- Âé¶¹Ô´´ has 4 minivans that seat 7 people each, including the driver. These vans may be used in support of Âé¶¹Ô´´'s academic programs, for administrative purposes, and for approved student activities.
- Programs must provide/arrange for their own driver(s). A list of approved drivers may be made available upon request by emailing transportation@pitzer.edu.
- The vans may only be driven by people approved by the Office of Risk Management to drive college vehicles.
- People who have not been approved may not drive the vans.
- Requests must be submitted no later than 72 hours in advance.
- Once the status of the reservation has been confirmed, you will be sent an additional email.
- Please note: There is a mileage chrge of 75 cents per mile for all van use.
- Keys may be checked in at the front desk of the Student Affairs Office in Scott Hall between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (except during the lunch hour from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.)
- Keys must be returned to the drop box located outside of Scott Hall 120.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Âé¶¹Ô´´ Vans. Your access to the Âé¶¹Ô´´ Vans is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all drivers driving the Âé¶¹Ô´´ Vans. By accessing or using the Âé¶¹Ô´´ Vans you agree to be bound by these Terms.
