Staff Handbook
Introduction to the Staff Handbook
This handbook is addressed to ΒιΆΉΤ΄΄ (βthe Collegeβ) staff employees. It is intended to provide general guidance on policies of the College and on the benefits and services of ΒιΆΉΤ΄΄ and The Claremont Colleges.
This handbook is not a contract between the College and its employees. The employment relationship between staff members and the College is at-will.
This handbook supersedes all previous handbooks and policies, except for at-will employment, which may only be changed by a written document signed by the President of the College. It also supersedes prior management memoranda that conflict with its content.
Policies and information in this handbook are subject to change at the discretion of the College. Changes will be communicated and will take effect on dates determined by the College.
For more detailed information on current policies, consult your supervisor or the Office of Human Resources.
