Our goal is to provide great technological support to all staff, faculty, and students at Â鶹Դ´
Our services include assisting with laptops, activating dorm room wired network ports, providing software downloads, and much more! Whether you’re a first-year student or a long-time faculty member, we will do everything we can to make sure your experience with the technology on campus is a pleasant one.
Getting Help
Information TechnologyService request portal (requires Â鶹Դ´ login for advanced features and history) Completed form allows us to research and respond to your issues quickly, even outside of normal business hours.
OPTIONAL: Make an appointment with a Help Desk Agent, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (Summer 4:30pm): in-person, phone, or remote
